Last verified October 31, 2026. Amino Review does not run lab tests. Every finding below is labeled by its source, as described in How We Evaluate Vendors.
The short verdict
Evidence label: Laboratory-confirmed document. Grade: B (7/10). MyPurePeptide has the cleanest paper trail we have reviewed so far. We opened every one of the 161 reports in its public library on the lab’s own verification site, and all 161 are there. No copy we checked had been altered. It also offers a real refund on unopened items and names a registered company.
What keeps it out of the A band is what some of those genuine reports say. Four products have a lab-confirmed result below 90% of the labeled amount, including a current batch of its CJC-1295/Ipamorelin blend. Its marketing also describes vendor-paid testing as “independent” and promises “≥99% by HPLC” on products whose reports print no purity at all. See our vendor comparison for how the grade is calculated.
What the COAs actually show
Where the reports come from
The lab-tests page is public, with no login. On October 31 it listed 51 products and 161 reports, all from Janoshik Analytical in Prague. Each entry gives Janoshik’s task number and verification key, and most include the vendor’s own copy of the report image.
We opened all 161 verification links. Every one returned a report on verify.janoshik.com, the lab’s own site. Of the 146 vendor copies, 58 are byte-for-byte identical to the lab’s image. The other 88 match the lab’s current version field by field: client, sample, batch, dates and results. They differ only in how the lab re-renders the text. The remaining 15 entries link straight to the lab record with no vendor copy. That confirms the reports are real. It does not make them independent: MyPurePeptide chose and sent the samples.
157 reports name MyPurePeptide as the client. Four older reports, dated June to December 2025, name the client “Anonymous” and the manufacturer “Unknown”. Three of the four predate the mypurepeptide.com domain. They are shown as product history, and two are still linked from live product pages (Kisspeptin-10 and Melanotan II).
What is tested, and what is not
Most reports give HPLC purity and the measured amount in the vial. Six batches tested in September and October 2026 get a much fuller workup: Cagrilintide 10 mg, Retatrutide 10 mg and 5 mg, SS-31 10 mg, Tesamorelin 10 mg, and Tirzepatide 5 mg. Each carries three- or four-vial assays plus the following:
- LC-MS screening that identifies the peptide and reports “no significant contamination”.
- Endotoxin (published on 46 reports across most products, from under 1 to 4.2 EU per vial).
- “Sterility Testing” reported as TAMC/TYMC pass. These are microbial-count tests, not the USP <71> sterility test, and the vendor says as much.
- Heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury not detected) and pH.
Older products mostly have a single purity-and-quantity report, sometimes with an endotoxin result. Blends, NAD+ and some single peptides report measured amounts without a purity figure.
Accreditation
Janoshik publishes no ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, and other review sites found none on the Czech, A2LA, PJLA or ANAB registers. That is normal for peptide testing, and MyPurePeptide does not claim otherwise. We disclose it here but do not score it.
Results worth reading closely
- Epitalon 10 mg (batch 03032026E10, April 2026): 8.63 mg, or 86% of label. It is the only Epitalon report in the library.
- CJC-1295 No DAC / Ipamorelin 5 mg + 5 mg (batch 12182025X8, October 6, 2026): 4.34 mg of ipamorelin and 4.36 mg of CJC-1295, both about 87% of label. This is the current report.
- Cagrilintide / Semaglutide 5 mg + 5 mg (batch 05042026C5, August 2026): semaglutide 4.42 mg (88%), cagrilintide 4.63 mg (93%).
- Cagrilintide 10 mg (batch 09242026K4, October 2026): three vials at 9.06, 8.85 and 9.17 mg. One is just under 90%.
- Overfills: SLU-PP-332 5 mg measured 7.18 mg (144%). In the Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin/CJC 6/3/3 mg blend, CJC-1295 measured 135% and ipamorelin 130%. IGF-1 LR3, KPV and Kisspeptin-10 also came in 129–133% of label.
- Purity is 98.1% or higher on every report, and above 99% on most.
The vendor publishes these numbers without spin. Its library says measured amounts are “reproduced as printed; no label-claim interpretation is added.” Even so, a vial at 86–88% of its label is short, and buyers should read the quantity line as well as the purity.
Lot numbers
146 of the 161 lab records carry a batch code, and wherever one is printed it matches the lab. But 15 lab records have no batch at all. Two batch codes each appear on two unrelated products: 12182025E3 on both KLOW 80 mg and Melanotan II, and 03032026B9 on both a tesamorelin blend and L-Carnitine + B12. On six reports, the vendor’s own notes say the vial in the lab’s photo shows a different lot from the report’s batch field. Match the lot on your vial to the report before relying on it.
Independent testing (Finnrick)
Finnrick, a testing site that accepts samples mailed in by the public, lists three MyPurePeptide tests. All three are retatrutide, not three different products. One passed and two failed under Finnrick’s purity-focused standard, which requires at least 99.5% purity and a dose within ±35% of the stated amount.
- July 13, 2026, fail: stated 5 mg, measured 5.82 mg (+16%), purity 98.6%. It failed on purity. The vial had no label; the submitted batch was 11242025RT5.
- July 13, 2026, fail: stated 6 mg, measured 8.2 mg (+37%), purity 99%. It failed on both purity and overfill. The submitted batch was 3P0605132026-02.
- July 20, 2026, pass: stated 30 mg, measured 30 mg, purity 99.9%, endotoxin not detected. The submitted batch was 11242025RT5.
We treat the two failures with caution. MyPurePeptide does not list a 6 mg retatrutide, and its batch codes never look like “3P…-02”. The unlabelled 5 mg sample carries the batch code of the vendor’s own 30 mg lot, the same batch as the sample that passed. Neither failure would count against the vendor under our rubric anyway: both are above 95% purity and above the labeled amount. Finnrick’s lab reports are behind a paid membership, and we did not buy one.
Business and policies
- Identity: every page names myPurePeptide LLC, with a mailbox address in Austin, Texas, a phone number and support hours. Texas Comptroller records list MYPUREPEPTIDE LLC as an active Texas LLC (Secretary of State file 0806385868), formed January 13, 2026. The domain dates from October 2025, so this is a young business.
- Returns (vendor statement): “Eligible products may be returned by mail within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery when they are unopened, unused, and in their original product packaging…” “We do not charge a restocking fee.” Refunds “are sent to the original payment method whenever possible,” initiated within 5 business days of inspection. The buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping is not refunded.
- Problems with an order: damaged, wrong or missing items must be reported within 48 hours with a continuous unboxing video. A “delivered but not received” claim requires a signed statement, a redactable photo ID, and a police report if theft is suspected.
- Shipping and payment: ships from Austin, usually within one business day, by UPS (USPS for apartments). It also ships internationally. Cards accepted are Visa and American Express.
- Claims to read carefully: “Independent testing” describes tests the vendor ordered. “≥99% by HPLC · per-lot COA” appears on seven product pages, but four of them (NAD+ 500 mg, GLOW, Wolverine, and the 5-Amino-1MQ/MOTS-c/NAD+ blend) link reports that print no purity. The homepage says “potency”, but HPLC measures content, not potency, as the vendor’s own FAQ notes.
Reputation
We loaded MyPurePeptide’s Trustpilot profile ourselves on October 31, 2026. It showed 4.7 stars from 407 reviews, 19 of them one-star (4.7%). The profile is claimed and on a paid Trustpilot plan. Most reviews praise fast shipping and packaging. The one-star reviews mostly describe missing vials in an order, UPS delays and lost parcels, slow or unanswered support, and a lack of mixing instructions. Some say a product had no effect, and one says lot numbers on the vials did not match the published reports. Those are anecdotes, not test results. The company’s public replies are often combative. Reviews say nothing about what is in a vial.
Red flags at a glance
- Four products have a lab-confirmed result below 90% of label: Epitalon 86%, CJC/Ipamorelin 87%, semaglutide in the Cagri/Sema blend 88%, and one Cagrilintide vial 88.5%.
- “Independent” is used for vendor-commissioned testing, and “≥99% by HPLC” appears on products whose reports print no purity.
- Two batch codes are reused across unrelated products, 15 lab records have no batch, and six lab photos show a different lot.
- Four “Anonymous” 2025 reports, three from before the domain existed, are presented as product history.
- A young business (domain October 2025, LLC January 2026), with complaints about missing items and slow support.
What it does well
- All 161 published reports exist on the lab’s own verification site, and none we checked was edited.
- A current library (newest result October 20, 2026) covering 46 of 53 listings, with multi-vial assays, LC-MS screening, endotoxin, microbial counts and heavy metals on recent batches.
- A real 7-day refund on unopened items to the original payment method, with no restocking fee.
- A registered, active Texas LLC named on every page.
- No accreditation over-claims, and unusually careful caveats on what a report does and does not prove.
Who it is for
MyPurePeptide suits buyers who want to check paperwork themselves: every report can be opened on the lab’s own site in a minute. It is a weaker fit for anyone buying the products flagged above without reading the quantity line, or anyone who needs USP <71> sterility or accredited testing. Check the batch on your vial against the report, read the measured amount as well as the purity, and use the 7-day unopened-return window if something does not match.
