Last verified October 31, 2026. Amino Review does not run lab tests. Every finding below is labeled by its source, as described in How We Evaluate Vendors. Nura Peptide (nurapeptide.com) says it is operated by Nura Systems LLC.
The short verdict
Evidence label: Laboratory-confirmed document. Grade: D (3/10). Nura Peptide’s paperwork is among the best we have checked. All 121 certificates in its library are byte-for-byte identical to Freedom Diagnostics’ own files, the newest is dated October 29, 2026, nearly every product and size has a current one, and the recent reports add endotoxin, a microbial screen, heavy metals and a fentanyl screen. The grade is low for other reasons. Trustpilot has removed the company’s profile for breaching its guidelines. Lab-confirmed results include a Melanotan II lot at 88.9% of label that is still published, and the current 5-Amino-1MQ capsule lot has one sample at 87.5%. There are no change-of-mind refunds, and a product page claims “ISO 17025 accredited laboratories” that the company does not use.
Each of those costs points under our rubric. Without the Trustpilot removal and the underfills, Nura would score 7 (B). See our vendor comparison for how grades are calculated.
What the COAs actually show
Where the reports come from
Nura Peptide has a public COA library at nurapeptide.com/coa, with no login needed. On October 31 it listed 121 lots, each with its own page and the original PDF. All are from Freedom Diagnostics, dated September 5, 2025 to October 29, 2026, across 16 report dates. Each product page shows the current lot for every size and lists every earlier lot on record.
Each report has a search code that opens the lab’s own copy. We checked all of them. Lab-confirmed: 121 of 121 are on Freedom’s server and byte-for-byte identical to the vendor’s file. We also found eight older certificate images from Nura’s previous website in the Internet Archive. Their purity and content match the lab on all eight. One shows a lot written IPCJ8525J where the lab’s copy now reads IPCJ55825J; the lab re-created that file in March 2026 with identical values, so we read it as a lab correction, not an edit. We found no altered copies. Confirmed reports are real, but they are not independent: Nura chose and sent the samples.
Reports the library leaves out
Freedom’s search codes run in sequence, so we requested about 2,800 codes around every known Nura batch. Lab-confirmed: 23 more reports made out to Nura are on Freedom’s server but not in the library. Most are harmless: sizes and products Nura no longer sells, earlier blend lots, and first tests of two current lots that were later retested. But the three lowest purities Nura has received are all among them: IGF-1 LR3 at 96.214% (April 2026), Semaglutide at 98.67% (May 2026), and a 2025 KLOW blend at 98.72%. Every published report is at 99.02% or higher. That matters because the site says every batch is “verified to meet our ≥99% purity standard” and that “every verified batch on record is listed”.
What is tested, and what is not
- Identity by LC-MS and HPLC purity on every peptide report, with measured content on nearly all. The four capsule reports (5-Amino-1MQ, BPC-157, SLU-PP-332 and Tesofensine) give content and identity but no purity.
- Endotoxin (USP <85>, LAL) and a PCR microbial screen on 79 of 121 reports, from June 2026. The PCR screen looks for microbial DNA; it is not a compendial sterility test.
- Heavy metals (ICP-MS: arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury) and a fentanyl screen on 46 reports, the September and October 2026 batches.
Accreditation
Freedom Diagnostics says it is compliant with ISO 9001 and GLP principles; it claims no ISO 17025 accreditation. Nura’s KLOW page nonetheless says the product is “Independently verified by ISO 17025 accredited laboratories”. Almost no lab is accredited for peptide testing, so we do not score accreditation, but a false accreditation claim costs the claims point.
Results worth reading closely
- Melanotan II 10 mg, lot MEL210825J (lab-confirmed): 8.89 mg, 88.9% of label (September 2025). It is still published in the library and on the product page’s list of lots. The lot’s own page shows only “99.88% Pure” and sends you to the PDF for the content. Melanotan II is still on sale; the current lot, MT2-102026-1, measures 11.5 mg (115%), and the April 2026 lot measured 10.12 mg.
- 5-Amino-1MQ 50 mg capsules, current lot 5AMC-102026-1 (lab-confirmed): 43.77 mg in one sample (87.5%) and 47.58 mg in the other, an average of 45.68 mg (91.4%). A note on the lot page says this report replaced a September one for the same lot, which read 46.82 mg (93.6%).
- KLOW blend, lot KLOW0825J (lab-confirmed, not published): Thymosin Beta-4 at 8.53 mg of 10 (85.3%), September 2025.
- NAD+ 1000 mg, lot NAD1000-062026-1 (lab-confirmed): the lab’s own report reads “Net Content 0.00 mg”, with 99.86% purity and identity confirmed. Nura’s lot page repeats “0.00 mg”. It looks like a lab template error: every other NAD+ lot measures 500–1,082 mg. But no corrected report exists, and the vendor has published it unexplained since June. We do not count it as an underfill. The current NAD+ 1000 mg lot measures about 1,073 mg.
- Purity never falls below our 95% threshold. The lowest published result is Tesamorelin at 99.021%; the lowest unpublished one is IGF-1 LR3 at 96.214%.
- Overfills are common. A BPC-157/TB-500 “5/5 mg” report measures about 11 mg of each, which looks like a 10/10 vial. Cagrilintide in a Retatrutide/Cagrilintide blend measures 138%, SLU-PP-332 capsules 137%, Epitalon 134%, and BPC-157 131%. We note these but do not penalize them. They do mean the label is not a reliable guide to what is in the vial.
- Right product: every published lot is attached to the matching product and size on its product page.
Lot numbers and coverage
Lots are coded by product, size and month (for example GR20-102026-1), and every published lot matches the lab’s record. No lot is used on two products. Coverage is the best we have seen: 36 of the 38 research compounds in the sitemap have a published certificate, and every size on sale shows a current lot. The two without one are AdrenaLean (MIC B12) and CJC-1295 with DAC, which is out of stock. GLP-class products are sold under code names (GLP-1SG, GLP-2T, GLP-3R) and all have current reports.
Independent testing (Finnrick)
Finnrick, a testing site that tests samples it buys or that the public mails in, lists Nura Peptide but has no test results for it as of October 31, 2026. There is no independent test data to weigh either way.
Business and policies
- Identity (state records): the site says it is “operated by Nura Systems LLC, 7957 N University Drive, Unit #3130, Parkland, FL”. Nura Systems LLC is a Wyoming company registered in Florida as a foreign LLC (document M25000013300) on September 8, 2025. Its listed address is a registered-agent office in Sheridan, Wyoming. Older Florida listings show it as active; the most recent one we found shows it as inactive (“INACT/UA”), which usually follows a missed annual report. We could not open the live state record to confirm. The Parkland address is a pack-and-ship store, so the “unit” is likely a mailbox.
- Returns (vendor statement): “Because vials that leave the facility cannot be restocked, returns are limited. If a shipment arrives damaged or fails to match the published COA specification, support can arrange a quality replacement after review.” There is no change-of-mind return or refund on unopened items. Earlier versions of the site promised to “refund your entire purchase—no questions asked” (2025) and “full refunds on unopened and opened vials within 30 days” (March 2026); both are gone.
- Claims to read carefully (vendor statements): “Independently verified by ISO 17025 accredited laboratories” (KLOW page), though Freedom is not ISO 17025 accredited. “Synthesized under cGMP conditions” (BPC-157 page), with no manufacturer or facility named anywhere. “Every batch… is verified to meet our ≥99% purity standard”, which holds only for the published reports; capsule products carry “≥99%” in their page titles though their reports give no purity.
- Claims the site has dropped: between October 2025 and July 2026 the homepage said “Made in the USA”, “USA Made”, “U.S. Manufacturing Under cGMP Standards” and “Inside our U.S. facility, we utilize advanced solid phase peptide synthesis”. None named a facility, and none appears on the current site. We mention them because they were made, not because they are scored.
- Shipping (vendor statement): $12 for insured 2nd Day Air, $60 for express. Checkout needs a free account; browsing does not.
Reputation
We checked Trustpilot ourselves on October 31, 2026. The page for nurapeptide.com says: “This profile has been removed. The business you’re trying to find goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot.” Trustpilot does not say what the breach was. Nura’s own subreddit is run by the company. A summary of 19 buyer mentions compiled by the site Ground Truth is mostly positive on product quality and shipping, mostly negative on customer service, and notes concern about injectables sold without a sterility test. One ratings site that scores Nura highly also hosts its discount code and earns commission, so we do not use it. These are anecdotes, not test results.
Red flags at a glance
- A Trustpilot profile removed for breaching Trustpilot’s guidelines.
- Lab-confirmed results under 90% of label: Melanotan II at 88.9% (still published), a current 5-Amino-1MQ capsule sample at 87.5%, and an unpublished KLOW lot with Thymosin Beta-4 at 85%.
- 23 lab reports left out of a library that claims to list every batch, including the only results below 99% purity.
- An “ISO 17025 accredited laboratories” claim the lab does not support, and a “cGMP” claim with no manufacturer named.
- No refunds except replacements for damage or a failed spec.
- A likely mailbox address, and a Florida registration that may have lapsed.
What it does well
- 121 of 121 published certificates byte-for-byte identical to the lab’s files, with no altered copies found.
- A public, searchable library, refreshed on October 29, 2026, with the current lot shown for every size on every product page.
- Certificates for 36 of 38 research compounds, including the GLP-class products.
- The widest test panel in its price range: mass-spectrometry identity, endotoxin, a PCR microbial screen, heavy metals and a fentanyl screen on recent lots.
- A named operating company.
Who it is for
Nura Peptide suits buyers who want to see a lab report for the exact lot before they order and can check it themselves: the current lot for every size is on the product page, and the reports open on the lab’s own server. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants a refund if they change their mind, or who weighs third-party reviews, since there is no Trustpilot profile left to read. Match the lot on your vial to its report, read the measured amount (not just the purity), and be wary of older lots.

Is Nura Peptide legit?
On the evidence we could check, Nura Peptide’s paperwork is among the best we have reviewed: all 121 certificates in its library are byte-for-byte identical to Freedom Diagnostics’ own files, and recent reports add endotoxin, a microbial screen, heavy metals and a fentanyl screen. It names an operating company, Nura Systems LLC, though its Florida registration may have lapsed. The grade is low for other reasons: Trustpilot removed its profile for breaching its guidelines, lab-confirmed results include a still-published Melanotan II lot at 88.9% of label, 23 lab reports are left out of its library, there are no change-of-mind refunds, and it claims “ISO 17025 accredited laboratories” the lab does not support. Grade: D (3/10). Products are sold for research use only.
Are Nura Peptide’s COAs real?
Yes. All 121 published certificates match Freedom Diagnostics’ files byte for byte, and we found no altered copies. What the library leaves out matters too: 23 more lab reports made out to Nura are on Freedom’s server but not in the library, including the only results below 99% purity. Real is not the same as independent: Nura chose and sent the samples.
