Last verified October 31, 2026. Amino Review does not run lab tests. Every finding below is labeled by its source, as described in How We Evaluate Vendors.

The short verdict

Evidence label: Laboratory-confirmed document. Grade: D (3/10). Peptide Giants publishes more checkable paperwork than most vendors we have reviewed. Of the 44 Vanguard Laboratory certificates on its lab-reports page, 42 are byte-for-byte identical to the copies Vanguard hosts on its own portal. That confirms the reports are real. It does not make them independent, and the reports themselves raise questions the vendor’s marketing does not mention.

The grade is held down by documented issues. The lab’s accreditation covers none of the tests on the certificates. One certificate shows a vial at about 40% of its labeled amount. Several certificates are attached to the wrong products. And the site names no legal entity. See our vendor comparison for how the grade is calculated and how Peptide Giants compares.

What the COAs actually show

Where the reports come from

The lab-reports page is public, with no login, and lists 45 certificates with lot numbers (PG-xxxx) and test dates. 44 are PDFs from Vanguard Laboratory in Olympia, Washington, reported between June 23 and August 21, 2026. One links to Janoshik Analytical. Older Janoshik reports from January to May 2026 appear lower on the page and on product pages.

Each Vanguard report is addressed to “www.PeptideGiants.com”. It carries a laboratory ID and a lot number, and prints a photo of the vial with the lab ID written on the label. We searched Vanguard’s public reporting portal for the brand and found 59 Peptide Giants reports. Comparing files, 42 of the vendor’s 44 PDFs matched the lab’s copies exactly. Two, IGF-1 LR3 1 mg and Gonadorelin 2 mg, were not in the portal, so we treat them as vendor-supplied documents. Two Janoshik reports we opened were served from Janoshik’s own verification site and name a Peptide Giants client email.

What is tested, and what is not

Every Vanguard report covers three things: identity, chromatographic purity, and quantity, all by HPLC-UV/VIS. None reports endotoxin, sterility, or heavy metals. The two reconstitution-water reports measure only benzyl alcohol content.

That matters for two vendor claims. The site says products are “verified by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry”. Its FAQ goes further: “Vanguard… Identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC.” None of the Vanguard reports we read lists mass spectrometry. Identity is matched to a reference standard by HPLC retention.

The accreditation mark

The reports display an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 mark and refer readers to A2LA certificate 6377.01 “for a list of accredited tests”. We read that scope (Olympic Analytical LLC dba Vanguard Laboratory). It covers food microbiology, gluten, preservatives, trace metals by ICP-MS, and residual solvents. None of the tests on Peptide Giants’ certificates appears on it. The lab is accredited, but not for these results. The lab’s own disclaimer also says it “did not observe or participate in the sample selection process” and cannot confirm the sample represents the lot.

Results worth reading closely

  • Kisspeptin-10 5 mg, lot PG-6018: purity 97.32%, but quantity “Below Limit of Quantification… Estimated Quantity: ~2 mg”. The vendor’s table shows only the 97.32%.
  • TRZ-2 (tirzepatide code), October 23, 2026: two lots on Vanguard’s portal read 92.22% (PG-6035) and 93.35% (PG-6039). Other TRZ-2 lots read above 99.8%. None of the October reports was linked on the vendor’s site when we checked. They were eight days old, so they may simply not be posted yet.
  • Other spreads: Hexarelin 5 mg at 96.63%. AOD-9604 5 mg measured 8.91 mg (178% of label), and FOXO4-DRI 10 mg measured 13.31 mg.
  • Labeling errors: four table rows titled “BPC-157 + TB-500” link to single-compound reports (TB-500 or BPC-157 alone). One October lot number, PG-6037, appears on two different products.

About 9 of 53 single-vial product pages had no certificate link at all, including the SG-1 and TRZ-2 listings. That contradicts the homepage line “Every product is third-party tested by Vanguard.”

Business and policies

  • Identity: the site gives “Company Name: Peptide Giants” and 5005 W Laurel St, Suite 100 #2106, Tampa, FL. It names no LLC. Florida records (via a registry mirror) show Plainview Commerce LLC at the same address, filed January 9, 2026, with a Wyoming LLC as manager. Other review sites say the vendor’s pages once named that LLC; we did not find it on October 31.
  • Returns (vendor statement): 30 days for unopened, sealed items. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection, and return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is wrong or defective. Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours.
  • Inconsistencies: damaged items must be reported within 48 hours under the refund policy, but within 7 days under the shipping policy. The homepage advertises “24/7 Support” and posted hours exclude Sundays. Delivery is quoted as 3–5, 4–7, and “7-Day”.
  • Shipping and payment: US only, FedEx 2nd Day at a flat $16, free over $200. Payment by card, CashApp, Zelle, Bitcoin, or bank transfer. Card payments are the only option a bank can usually reverse.
  • Catalog notes: the store lists botulinum toxin (sold out when checked) and runs deep, near-constant discounts, such as a 60% Halloween code.

Reputation

We could not open Peptide Giants’ Trustpilot profile ourselves; it blocked our request. Other sites reported 4.6 stars from 65 reviews in late September and early October 2026, with mostly praise for fast shipping and support and a few resolved order problems. That is a small sample and says nothing about what is in a vial. We found no organic Reddit review threads, only a passing mention. Two sites that rate Peptide Giants highly (9/10 and 10/10) run affiliate codes for it. We found no independently commissioned testing.

Red flags at a glance

  • The lab’s accreditation covers none of the reported tests, despite the ISO mark on the reports.
  • The vendor claims mass-spectrometry identity, but the reports show HPLC only.
  • A 5 mg Kisspeptin-10 vial was estimated at about 2 mg, and two recent TRZ-2 lots tested at 92–93%.
  • Certificates are attached to the wrong products, and one lot number is reused.
  • No legal entity is named on the site, and the business is about ten months old.
  • No endotoxin, sterility, or heavy-metals testing is published.

Who it is for

Peptide Giants suits buyers who want to check a specific lot themselves. Its certificates are public, carry lot numbers, and can be matched against the lab’s portal. That is more than many vendors offer. It is not a fit for anyone who needs contamination testing, accreditation that covers the purity result, or a clearly identified legal seller. Match the lot on your vial to the report, and read the quantity line as well as the purity.

Is Peptide Giants legit?

On the evidence we could check, Peptide Giants’ certificates are real: 42 of the 44 Vanguard Laboratory reports on its lab-reports page are byte-for-byte identical to the copies on Vanguard’s own portal. The reports themselves raise problems. The lab’s accreditation covers none of the tests on them, one certificate shows a vial at about 40% of its labeled amount, several certificates are attached to the wrong products, and one lot number is reused. The site claims mass-spectrometry identity that the reports do not show, names no legal entity, and publishes no endotoxin, sterility or heavy-metals testing. The business is about ten months old. Grade: D (3/10). Products are sold for research use only.

Are Peptide Giants’ COAs real?

Yes, for 42 of 44: those Vanguard PDFs are byte-for-byte identical to the copies on Vanguard’s portal. Real does not mean independent or accredited for these results. The reports carry an ISO/IEC 17025 mark, but Vanguard’s accreditation scope covers none of the tests on them, and several certificates are attached to the wrong products.

What do Reddit users say about Peptide Giants?

Almost nothing. We found no organic Reddit review threads about Peptide Giants, only a passing mention in an r/USPeptides thread (April 2026), with no buyer report to summarize.
